Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, House of Heroes is a popular alternative rock band that gained notoriety in 2011 when they toured with headliner Toby Mac. They consist of singer Tim Skipper, Colin Rigsby, A.J. Babcock, Eric Newcomer, and Matt Lott. Their sound is a combination of The Beatles, Queen, and Bruce Springsteen whom they also draw inspiration from. The band can be said to be categorized as Christian rock and indeed their music carries a very positive message and over all uplifting quality.
When performing live the band's singer, Tim Skipper, talks to the audience in between songs in a way that makes him seem profoundly grounded. House of Heroes connects well with their fans through meet and greets and by having an interactive approach with their following making them a fan favorite.
With so many rock bands focusing on the negative aspects of life such as broken relationships and alcohol fueled depression, House of Heroes is just that. A group of modern day heroes armed with positive messages and impacting people through the avenue of their music.
The bands down to earth nature makes seeing them live a relaxing and motivational experience whether your a die hard fan or have never heard them before. House of Heroes is a band that has an excellent live show that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
