The hall (capacity 375 persons) in the Bimhuis was 80% filled.
I was sitting on the front row behind the Steinway piano, but the man at the mix table had set the volume of the drummer so loud that I could hardly hear the piano and even Chris Potter I couldn't hear properly.
I was hoping for the kind of jazz of "Gratitude", but was overwhelmed by a kind of nuts diarrhea by this quartet.
