This is was bizarre gig. It started off well with the support acts especially Chase the ace. G2R started well and people were really enjoying it but it all went flat when they brought on I can't remember his name the guitarist who was late coming on stage and then looked well out of it. It was funny if anything. Then they brought on Ian bumblefoot but he ended doing a few of his own songs which got on the crowds nerves as they hadn't paid money to see him perform his own album but the tribute to GNR. This resulted in heckling and then someone threw a glass at him. (Out of order of course) and this gig went into a new low. He went mad and it was a case of hold me back!! Embarrassing to see. They didn't really recover from that and I think the only thing Bumblefoot didn't do was play the drums. I have seen G2R a few times before as a support hence coming to see them last night but I was massively dissappointed with them headlining because they allowed another artist to perform their own songs rather than them playing GNR songs. In Fact the last surreal gig I went to which was like this was GNR post slash at Wembley when Axl didn't even finish the gig and Seb Bach stepped in. Overall - disappointing.
