Wow! Where would i begin. Poi has been one of my favorite bands, timeless and diverse. To learn if they would stop playing live, would be such a disappointment and i can't say enough that i'm glad that is not the case. i'm not a teen trendy viewer of the band but a seasoned avid fan of 51. However my 18 year old daughter enjoys listening to the (at times) 38 members that might play at a single show. This show at the Paramount was a great venue to enjoy this group of musicians. The theater has great acoustics and not a bad seat in the house. The music they play can transcend me to another place. Kick back in your assigned seat and enjoy the spread of musical talent from percussions to strings and horns and accordions or get up and dance in the isle with the rhythmic beats put out by this unique group of people. Get ready for a an new experience in entertainment. They won't disappoint. i simply can not get enough LIVE poi dog pondering. two thumbs up. Frank, Susan and the gang, Thank You much for the years of entertainment you have provided me.
