Old Crow Medicine Show is always a great time. They always play at great venues and put on a brilliant show that never disappoints. I have seen them as a headliner and as part of a set in a music festival. They have a great following of fans and the show is always tons of fun. They make great music, all the artists are talented and play all types of music with great original songs and classic covers like "Wagon Wheel." If you're looking to have a great time and dance to great uplifting music this is your show. They have been perfecting their stage show for years and are masters and a staple in the bluegrass rockabilly scene. They play a beautiful blend of different music styles and the show is complete experience from the lot to the crown and the stage. It is a fantastic experience and a band I would see at every oppertunity. Look for them in a line up at a music festival and I guarantee it will be a great weekend. Dress light and wear your dancing shoes, get down and have fun. It is impossible to leave an Old Crow Medicine Show in a bad mood, they will lift you up and the beautiful energy of the music and the fans will keep you flying through your week.

Marty Stuart is a huge name in country music and has been since the late 80s. His music is definitely one of those fantastic crossover blends of music, creating a rockabilly, honky tonk and traditional country sound, that appeals to the masses.

He opens with his huge single “Country Boy Rock and Roll” which immediately gets the audience out of their seats and dancing until the end of the performance. Even for the mid tempo track “Tempted” the audience are in full participation mode, upon their feet and dancing. He closes his first set with his song “Arlene” which was a huge hit for him in 1985, and then is coaxed back onstage by chants of his name to perform an encore. “This One’s Gonna Hurt You” is his final song of the evening. It was also a number 7 hit in the country charts in 1992. It’s good to see that he is still doing what he does best, writing fantastic country music, writing records and touring.

I first met Marty in 1973. He was my first kiss, my first love,1973-1977. Forever in my heart. We used to talk on the phone for hours between the times we could be together. LOL, We were not old enough to drive yet! Our relationship was so sweet and unforgettable. He wasn't yet famous. He was such a gentleman. I still have the rose he gave me Feb. 12, 1976 in Fredericktown, Missouri when he told me he loved me! Our long distance romance was heartwrenching for both of us. He ended up telling me his life on the road made a commitment impossible. Broke my heart I couldnt bear trying to go to his shows after that. Finally, I saw him in the early 1990's at the Washington, Missouri Fair. Before I could even approach him, I had to sit in a vacant set of chairs so he could see if he knew me. Of course he recognized me and came out of his bus with open arms, and said "where have you been the past 20 years?". My heart was filled once more! How I wish we had never lost touch. I have never found another love because Marty still holds my heart. He always will. I'm starting a new chapter in my life right now, and all these memories keep filling my dreams. I lost the only true Love of my life, and I will love Marty until the day I die.
