Musical from a young age, Cassadee Pope’s first success came as the lead vocalist for pop-punk group Hey Monday, which was signed to Decaydance and Columbia Records. The band released one studio album and three EPs generating a lot of buzz. The band toured extensively with groups such as Fall Out Boy and All Time Low. In 2011 the band went on hiatus and from here Cassadee Pope decided to pursue her solo career.
In 2012 Cassadee Pope auditioned for the third season of the American talent show The Voice. Mentored by Blake Shelton, the singer moved away from the pop-punk stylings she had developed with Hey Monday and moved into country where her voice shone. The singer achieved multiple number one successes on the iTunes downloads chart with her performances on the television show; she even managed to knock PSY’s “Gangnam Style” off the number one spot with her performance of “Over You”.
Cassadee Pope went on to win the 2012 contest and her subsequent fame and fan base helped push her debut solo album, “Frame By Frame” to the top of the American Country Music Chart and to the number nine spot of the Billboard 200 chart. The first single from the album, “Wasting All These Tears”, was a top 10 success, peaking at the number five spot of the US Country Music Chart. The single sold so many copies that it was eventually certified platinum.
Cassadee Pope has toured extensively since 2012 across the United States and Canada. She has performed with the likes of Train, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts and Randy Houser.

Cassadee Pope not only is she an amazing singer, but also has very relatable music! I feel like she doesn't only appeal to older ladies, but youmger girls! Cassadee Pope began her first-ever solo tour along the two coasts of the United States. She delivered a powerful combination of lyrics and vocals for every number in her set list and punctuated these tunes with descriptions of the songs' origins and several "fun facts" about her day that reflected her sweet, caring demeanor. After playing several songs from Hey Monday, a band in which she is the lead singer, Cassadee performed a number of new songs that she wrote as an individual artist. She requested that members of the audience provide feedback about these tunes, so I'll add some here. These songs sent chills down my spine. The creative use of acoustic instruments (guitar, violin, and percussion) as a substitute for more traditional rock band support only accentuated the impressive dynamic and tonal range of her voice. Towards the end of her act, Cassadee included several songs that fans had requested for the show. She even stopped mid-performance -- just as she was beginning the first verse -- in order to offer a dedication for the song that an audience member had requested. After her last song, Cassadee invited a young girl on stage and asked her about the performance. Such kind gestures to her fans show the extent to which Cassadee appreciates their support. I would highly recommend seeing this blossoming artist at any venue. Her strong stage presence is matched only by a disposition that will put a smile on any audience member's face instantly. I cannot wait to attend another one of her performances
In a male dominated genre, it is important people support pure female country talent such as Cassadee Pope. The young musician has only been working the circuit for a relatively short time when you consider the history of country yet she is already leaving her mark with sensitive lyrics and a bright, breezy crossover sound between country and pop.
Winning over fans from the mainstream and even the devout country followers, the venues are often packed out to watch the unassuming singer/songwriter. Although her stature may be small, she casts an authoritative figure onstage with an arresting vocal that has true range and emotion. The setlist demonstrates her versatility as an artist and alludes to the places she could possibly take her music in the future. With a sense of humour and winning laugh, she wins over her audience almost instantly as she chats with great humility between breaks in the songs. With a number one album under her belt and singalong anthems including 'Wasting All These Tears' and 'I Wish I Could Break Your Heart' this exciting musical story seems to have just begun and Cassadee seems to be a very capable narrator.
Cassadee is a great high energy performer who puts on a good show. If you like her music you should definitely go see her. If you don't know her music you should check her out. She is a season 3 Voice winner and she started out doing edgy Avril Lavinge type stuff, but after having Blake Shelton for a coach she ended up singing more country stuff, but still with that edgy-rock inspired feel. She is the real deal and doesn't need auto tune to make her sound like a good singer.
Well am sorry it just that i don't have much to attend to it love you i hope you enjoy your life AND ETERNITY and i will like to save up money for next show
Thanks Hey Monday
