Opened September 30, 2011; this 1,555-capacity live entertainment venue, located in downtown Huntington, Long Island, New York, features: Concerts, Comedy, Boxing, Community and other special events in a club / theater setting. Booked by Live Nation with Ticketmaster ticketing, The Paramount hosts 150+ events per year. With over 35,000 Facebook fans, The Paramount was recently ranked by Pollstar Magazine as a Top 25 highest attended club-venue worldwide (2013). In just under 3 years, The Paramount has quickly established itself as the premier venue on Long Island: the 20th largest media market in the US, with nearly 2.5 million households* (*Arbitron Nassau/Suffolk MSA).
The Paramount has been featured in the National entertainment media on VH-1’s “Top 20 Countdown”, AXS TV, Billboard Magazine, MTV’s “This is How I Made It” and FUSE TV. Top artists who have taken the Paramount’s stage include; Billy Joel, Pitbull, Don Henley, Willie Nelson, B.B. King, ZZ Top, Weezer, Counting Crows, Matchbox 20, The Blues Brothers, John Fogerty, Limp Bizkit and many, many more Grammy-award winning entertainers. The Paramount Comedy Series has featured such names as; Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller, Jim Breuer, Whoopi Goldberg, Jon Lovitz, Rob Schneider & Bill Cosby.
In partnership with Star Boxing, The Paramount has also been televised nationally on ESPN, Showtime’s “SHO-BOX” and NBC Sports.
