Prior to her life in the music industry Robyn found herself providing the voices for a number of animated films, including the Swedish/Norwegian film “The Journey to Meolonia” and “All Dogs Go to Heaven”. Having recorded and performed theme songs and self-written songs on the television at the age of twelve, following her graduation of middle school, the singer singed to Ricochet Records Sweden. The collaboration between Robyn and producer Max Martin and Denniz Pop provided the
Robyn’s first taste of the pop world was when she signed with RCS Record in 1994 and released her debut single “You’ve Got That Somethin’” and later the Swedish breakthrough track “Do You Really Want Me (Show Respect)” both of which subsequently found their way onto Robyn’s first full-length album “Robyn Is Here” released in October 1996. The album topped the Swedish charts and re-released over a year later in the U.S. the track “Do You Know (What It Takes)” reacher the top ten, as did “Show Me Love”.
Robyn’s sophomore release in 1999 of “The Truth”, an autobiographical album, didn’t receive the international release of its predecessor, as the record label didn’t think there would be any appeal in the U.S. The hit single “Electric” was extremely popular throughout Europe and the album was just pipped of the top-spot in the Swedish chart. The same year the singer collaborated with the Swedish musician Christian Falk, as well as becoming UNICEF ambassador, and left to travel the world for two years.
Her return brought a change of label, from RCA to Jive Records, and a new album “Don’t Stop The Music” released in 2002, which remained an exclusive Swedish release. Tired of the lack of creative control and inspired by fellow countrymen The Knife, Robyn terminated her contract with Jive records, formed her own label Konichiwa in 2005, which propelled Robyn’s creative license and musical success. Robyn’s self-titled album released in the same year saw the Swedish singer earn multiple Swedish Grammy Awards for, Best Album, Best Female Pop Artist, and Best Songwriter. The ballad “With Every Heartbeat” reconfirmed Robyn’s place within UK chart reaching No. 1.
2010 brought a whopping three albums from the songstress, the two mini albums “Body Talk Pt.1”, “Body Talk Pt. 2” and the full-length “Body Talk” choosing Diplo, Röyksopp and Snoop Dog to collaborate on the releases.
Born to Albanian parents, Bebe Rexha spent much of her childhood being passionate about music, and participated in a number of musicals throughout high school including “Hello, Dolly!”, “Jesus Christ Superstar”, and “Fiddler on the Roof”. Inspired by the likes of Tori Amos, John Legend, and The Temptations, Rexha won the Best Teen Songwriter award at The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences' Grammy Day event, which led to the young songwriter meeting a host of successful producers.
In 2010, Rexha begun writing and recording songs in producer Sam Hollander’s studio, before being approached by Fall Out Boy’s bassist Pete Wentz. With the idea of forming an electro, alternative group with Jamaican influences the duo Black Cards was born, and Rexha singed with Wentz’ Decaydance label in partnership with Island Def Jam. The single “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Fame” was released in mid-2011, however following a host of songs being leaked on to Youtube, the duo’s debut was postponed, and Rexha ultimately left the group in January 2012.
Following a three-month period of courting labels, the singer-songwriter signed with Warner Bros. Records in 2013. By this point Rexha had penned popular songs including Selena Gomez’s “Like a Champion”, Nikki Williams’ “Glowing”, and Eminem’s Billboard Hot 100 No. One hit “The Monster”. The singer’s solo debut single “Comeback Kids” was released to her SoundCloud later in 2013, after which she collaborated with EDM group Cash Cash on their single “Take Me Home”.
In anticipation of her debut album, which features esteemed producers including David Guetta, Fraser T Smith, and Freuqency, Rexha released her official debut single “I Can’t Stop Drinking About You” in March 2014. In December the single “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy” followed, finding success in Finland, Norway, and Sweden, before releasing the subsequent single “Gone”.
Calvin Harris began making electronic music in 1999 where he produced his earliest tracks out of his bedroom in Scotland. After moving to London for a brief period, Calvin Harris began to forge a following and found some success with tracks "Brighter Days" and "Da Bongos".
After signing with managers Three Six Zero Group, Calvin Harris released his hugely popular debut album “I Created Disco” in 2007. Singles “Acceptable in the 80s” and “Girls” bolstered the album’s popularity, and showcased both Calvin Harris’s extensive talent and his love of 80s pop.
The king of collaboration, Calvin Harris has worked with multiple artists including Kelis, Rihanna, Alesso, and Dizzee Rascal. The success of his collaborations (“We Found Love” stayed on the American Billboard chart for an impressive 41 weeks) has seen his demand within the music industry increase considerably, as multiple artists all scramble to work with him.
The recipient of multiple MTV awards, a Grammy award and an Ivor Novello award for 2013’s Songwriter of the Year, Calvin Harris has certainly come a long way from his early music-producing days in his childhood bedroom. Now a regular feature on the touring scene, Calvin Harris has played on the same stages as the likes of Rhianna, Deadmau5, Skrillex and Groove Armada, in addition to touring his own work on solo trips around the world.
In 2014, Calvin Harris achieved a first and obtained two consecutive number one hits for the singles “Summer” and “Blame”, which both feature on the album “Motion.” With tracks co-written and performed by the likes of Gwen Stefani, Ellie Goulding, Haim and John Newman, the versatility of Calvin Harris’s style and sound is once again made evident. It is this versatility that has no doubt constituted a large part of his enormous success.
Born in Miami, Florida on 21 September 1989, Derulo started his music career first writing music. He was able to write music for some of hip-hop’s largest starts like Lil Wayne, Diddy, Danity Kane, and Sean Kingston. By 2006 Derulo was able to sign his own solo record with Beluga Heights Records and Warner Bros. Records.
By August 2009 he released his first single, “Watchu Say” which hit number 1 on the charts a mere three months after its first release. Early the following year, he released hid first album, “Jason Derülo,” debuting within the top 10 in the UK. For the rest of the year he spent touring as the opening act for Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour.
By 2012 Derulo gained a lot of popularity, but an accident during one of his rehearsals for his Future History Tour resulted in a vertebra break; consequently, the rest of the tour dates had to be cancelled. The upside was that it gave him time to work on his new album “Tattoos,” which he released in 2013. Six months after the release, the album was reworked and re-titled as “Talk Dirty.” The re-release of his album also included a world headlining tour through-out 2014.
Great show yesterday. I really loved see Ray on stage. Beatifull energy and amazing voice. I definitely advice everybody to check her music and see her concert:) thank you Raye, and keep going...
I saw him at Jingle Ball 2016 at MSG--so humble and talented. Can't wait to see him again, he is one of the few artists out there (in my opinion) who sounds just as good live as he does on the recordings. He promised us he'd be back soon with more material as well...
Sweden's pop dignitary, Robyn – usurping the crown from ABBA – is an exemplary talent. She's equal parts brutally honest, gut-wrenchingly agonising, jaw-pain hilarious and boogie-bait. There's nary a popstar around with more party-galvanising choons that the Scandinavian star. Utilising her native region's famous knack for incisive Top 40 infernos and striking synth-based salvoes, Robin Carlsson (alter-ego of Robyn) oozes brilliance from nigh every pore. Tracks like “With Every Heartbeat”, “Call Your Girlfriend”, “Hang With Me”, “Dancing On My Own”, “Dancehall Queen”, “Cobrastyle” and “Criminal Intent” are blinding examples of her igniting, invigorating pop grandeur – almost every track on the Body Talks trilogy is a genuine hit – but with the addition of her new material, collaborations with Röyksopp, any performance will be encrusted with singalong rampages.
With palpable emotions, reworkings of album paeans (into cranked-up megaliths), technicolour garments, pitch-perfect delivery, neon belligerence and swaggerlicious movements, expect AV perfection from Robyn.
Bleta Rexha better known by her stage name Bebe Rexha may have only begun her singer/songwriter career in 2010 yet she can already name David Guetta, Pete Wentz, Eminem and Cash Cash as past clients or collaborators. The Albanian born performer casts a striking figure onstage. Now as she focuses on her solo material and releases, she has begun to tour at a more devoted pace to reach her fanbase on both sides of the Atlantic.
Intermingling her danceable solo material with famous collaborative tracks including 'Hey Mama' and 'Take Me Home'. Although a lot of the material is pretty fast paced she still has chance to allow her vocal to shine on a slower cover of 'The Monster' by Eminem which she co-wrote. This lady clearly has untapped talent in a variety of fields yet whilst she has spent so much time in the studio many have not realised she is an energetic and impressive live performer. Although she does not have countless experience on the stage, she still handles it well and as the crowds will surely grow in size it would appear that Bebe Rexha will be able to handle this with a professional ease.
Let me start by saying I’m not even that into EDM. But going to see Calvin Harris is an experience in itself. Yes, you will hear songs you know. Yes, you will feel the bass flood through your body. And yes, you will absolutely dance your ass off. I went into this show thinking I’d have to suffer through a few hours of the same electronic beat drops we’ve come to know, getting shoved up against some ravers who didn’t realize I was even standing there. How wrong I was! From the moment the show opened, with every special effect known to man; streamers, lasers, strobes, smoke, moving platforms; until the finale, I was transported to another dimension where I couldn’t stop moving my feet. The music was varied enough to keep my attention, but similar enough that I knew most of the songs. The people in the crowd were happy, smiling, and friendly. It’s definitely an experience that I’m glad I didn’t miss out on and I’m looking forward to the next time he comes around as I’ll definitely be purchasing a ticket to his show as well as convincing any friends of mine that they would be dumb not to join.

Sitting on the beach gives me the chance to take in some breathtaking sights like a clear blue sky, crashing waves and Jason Derulo's abs!
That's right. Jason Derulo performed some of his best songs live at the beach for the T4 concert. Thousands of fans loaded the beach to crowd around and see Jason Derulo dance and sing. Set in the background of the carnival pier, concertgoers were already in a great mood and ready to party. Giant beach balls bounced from fan to fan as everyone got sweaty along with Jason Derulo and his dance music.
It seemed impossible to stop bouncing to the beat as he continued to rock the stage with heart-thumping music and sexy lyrics. Even in the middle of the day, the lighting for the concert was impressive. Bright, colored lights twirled around keeping beat to the music as if the entire stage was a visual equalizer. A team of dancers joined him on stage which included a long catwalk into the crowd.
A true performer, Jason Derulo seemed tireless as he turned it up a notch with him and his dancers coming down the catwalk to smoke blowing out of the stage and fireworks. He was ready to show the entire crowd a great time and by all means he did not disappoint.
